Please Note UNPAID invoices are subject to be resold or offered to the backup bidder. Items MUST be Paid in full by the week's end of the auction. If you have outstanding invoices you will not be permitted to bid on upcoming auctions as well.
If you live out of town I am happy to work with you on a pickup schedule, But remember we will only hold items 14 day's even with a Paid Invoice. We will send out 1 reminder regarding old items after that they will be Resold under terms of auction agreement. If you live within 10 miles of our location there is no reason items should be left past the scheduled pickup time..
PICKUP TIMES AND LOCATION IS PRINTED ON EVERY INVOICE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND, ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IF LEFT HERE FOR OVER 14 DAYS, PER AUCTION AGREEMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR AUCTIONS PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@TRISTATEBID.COM. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR WINNING ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED, PLEASE LET US KNOW AFTER A CLOSE OF AN AUCTION. WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR AN AUCTION YOU CAN ALSO LEAVE A REQUEST IN THE NOTES SECTION, SO IT WILL PRINT ON YOUR INVOICE. PLEASE DO SO WITH EACH AUCTION SO WE KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR ITEMS.
